Conditions that affect a person’s ability to see and/or interpret visual information.

The U.S. Government considers an individual legally blind if the vision in their better eye cannot be corrected better than 20/200 or if the visual field is 20 degrees or less. Low vision has an acuity measurement of 20/70.
